CMIS was first released in 1996 as a bespoke development for a Local Government customer. Since then through continuous improvement and enhancement of the CMIS product, we have built a system that truly meets the challenges of e-Democracy. In support of the continued development of CMIS, Enline plc have built up an extensive user base and fostered the growth of a User Group who help steer and shape the advancement of the product.
