Mike Nelsey

As Managing Director, Mike ensures the company trades successfully within its core business, whilst developing into new business areas. Mike guarantees that the welfare of employees and the partnerships the company has with customers and suppliers are key to Enline's future.

Additionally, prior to joining Enline, Mike gained great experience within the banking industry. He held various management positions within IT, training, operations and lending. This knowledge and experience combined with his 15 years experience at Enline working across numerous markets and industries, has enabled Mike to develop an excellent portfolio of expertise which reflects in Enline's approach and success.

Paul Edmondson

Paul joined Enline plc in 2003 as Commercial Director, responsible for sales and support. As Commercial Director he is tasked with the forward growth of the Company, developing existing accounts and generating business in new market sectors.

Paul brings considerable experience having been involved in the IT industry for over 25 years within software development, service implementation and sales management across both the Public Sector and corporate market places. This substantial experience across different industries and IT markets provides Paul with valuable knowledge when maintaining and driving business.

Richard Mardling

Richard joined Enline plc in 1995 as a Technical Consultant and has been the Strategic Business Director of Enline plc since 2002. As Enline's Strategic Business Director, Richard liaises with major customers and partners to assess and determine opportunities in conjunction with market requirements and the overall business strategy. Richard is also responsible for the professional services and consultancy departments within Enline.

Prior to joining Enline, Richard gained excellent experience within consultancy for the aerospace and manufacturing industry running IT systems. He attained valuable knowledge of the finance industry alongside 23 years of experience within the IT field. Richard brings a mass of experience to Enline which he uses to ensure the most effective business strategy is developed and maintained for a prosperous Enline future.
